  1. Square dude.  No Specialties.  Explodes on contact.  Pretty slow.
  2. Same as #1, but slightly faster.  Slightly more damage.
  3. Same as #2, but slightly faster and more complex movement.

What?

Digital River is a shoot-em-up set within computers. It is intentionally retro. It only uses two colors - black and white. Old-school weapon upgrades, random enemy spawns, and huge bosses. It’s like Asteroids in the future. Except it still looks like the past.
